Library Services for Guests
Chan Shun Centennial Library welcomes community users. The library's study and recreational materials are chosen for adults but include some books and videos for children as well. The services below are available to all the community. Library cards, which are free for alumni and local pastors, give community patrons the ability to check out library materials including networked laptops and tablets for use within the library. See the library's policy to learn more about how to get a library card.
Read, Reasearch and Meet
We are open during convenient hours. The library includes spaces to read both by yourself and with others, as well as areas to access the Internet and appreciate art. It provides wireless Internet connection and photocopiers are also available. See the floor plans to locate the best place for your intended use of the facility. We encourage you to reserve facilities for group activities.
Find and Research Resources
Use the Library Catalog to search for materials in the collection and see the floor plans to find their physical location in the building. You can also use on site the newspapers, magazines, journals and databases to which we subscribe. In addition, we prepare tagged web bookmarks you use to find your way on the Internet. Ask a librarian if you need help researching something. You can also use our online tutorials to guide you.
Borrow Books, and Other Materials
If you have obtained a library card you can borrow materials from the collection. See the library's policy to learn about loan periods. To see what items you have taken on loan and to renew them sign in to your account.
