Koontz, Dean R. (Dean Ray), 1945-
I picked up this book because I really like animals. Scanning its pages, I found endearing photographs of the dog in the story. It gave me a sense of how loved Trixie was, and how much her memory is treasured. So I decided to read it.
Trixie came to the family of Dean and Gerda when she was three. A well-trained dog, she was welcomed to this family, and brought joy and happiness since then.
The book touched my soft spot for pets. On a deeper level, it reminded me of the meaning of life—and the things that matter most. I would recommend this enjoyable read to all dog lovers.
