In college, you set the goals and priorities. It won't happen unless you make it happen. You have the opportunity .... and the responsibility.
Short-term goals (the next few days, this week at the latest) should build toward long-term goals (mid-terms, end of the semester, this year.) Break down each goal into a series of steps; keep each of them specific and realistic.
You are a whole person: mind, soul, and body.
Make time for each part of yourself to grow.
